With the LHC continuing to collect more data and experimental analyses becoming increasingly complex, tools efficiently develop execute these are essential. The bamboo framework defines a domain-specific language, embedded in python, that allows concisely express analysis logic functional style. implementation based on ROOT's RDataFrame cling C++ JIT compiler approaches performance of dedicated native code. Bamboo is currently being used for several CMS Run 2 rely NanoAOD format, which will become common 3 beyond, many reusable components included, but it provides possibilities customisation, allow straightforward adaptation other formats workflows
